You just need to trick the site to think that you’re using a different operating system. If you don’t want the extra steps, there’s a workaround to download the ISO file of the Windows 10 October 2018 Update directly from the Microsoft servers without having to use any tool. The only issue is that when you use a Windows 10 device to download the ISO from the Microsoft support website, you’re only given the choice to get the “Update Assistant” or “Media Creation Tool.” In addition to using Windows Update, there’s also the upgrade option using Windows 10 ISO file. However, if you want to start using the new features and improvements right now, you can install the new version using the ISO file.
Windows 10 version 1809 is finally available for download (again) since November 13, 2018, and Microsoft is now slowly rolling it out to millions of compatible devices around the world.
